What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

Skytouch has more in-depth videos on how to do certain task which is really helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SkyTouch Technology?

Skytouch can be very slow at times to load information, especially when our hotel is busy with multiple reservations. It slows down our check in process and payment processing. Not ideal when it is very busy.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SkyTouch Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?

A few problems are simple bugs that occur, there was an update that helped us view specific reports when they were trying to be saved or printed.

Another bug that seemed to be fixed by skytouch is when payments would decline, and a new method of payment was added then that second payment would also decline. This was fixed and now allows us to charge the newly added card without having to log out and log back in for the card to work again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
